Balasagyn Musaev was born in 1988 in Naryn, Kyrgyzstan. He commenced his musical studies at the age of 13 in the Musical school “Peter Shubin” in Bishkek under the specialty “piano”. From 2004 until 2008 attended the Kyrgyz State Musical College named after M. Kurenkeyev continuing his studies in piano. In 2008 he was admitted in the National Conservatory “K. Moldobasanov” where he studied until 2011 under the guidance of Professor Muratbek Begaliev in the speciality “composition”. From the year 2011 he attends the Moscow Tchaikovsky’s State Conservatory in the faculty of composition having Vladimir Tarnopolski as his professor.
